About
I'm an NBHWC board-certified health and wellness coach and the founder of Balance Collective. I studied psychology at Northeastern University and grew up in a Puerto Rican household where food, family, and taking care of each other were central to everything. Those roots have shaped everything I believe about wellness.
At one point I drifted from those roots, my energy dropped, my mind felt overwhelmed, and I found myself doing movement I didn't enjoy with a complicated relationship to my health. Returning to the simple habits I grew up with changed everything.

Club Balance is an in-person community in Houston where people come together, feel safe, and actually enjoy taking care of themselves — whether that means making a new friend, getting creative, moving in a way that feels good, or simply being in a room with other people.
Every Club Balance event is designed around a different pillar of health — movement, mindfulness, creativity, nutrition, sleep, and community — because wellness is so much more than just working out and eating well.
